Lean Launchpad Accelerator Program

Have a start-up idea?  Not sure where to go from here?  Lean LaunchPad Accelerator Program offers tools and resources to help you increase your chance of building a successful, innovative business model.  What is the problem you're solving? Who is your customer?  Why is your solution better?

What will you do in the LLP?

Your team will work with one or more experienced business mentors to do hands-on exercises and obtain real world feedback as you:

  • develop customer discovery questions regarding your innovations;

  • use tools to work towards a clear product-market fit;

  • develop your value proposition;

  • validate market need;

  • develop financial literacy and develop realistic pricing and financial projections; and

  • figure out a compelling business model.

"The Lean LaunchPad program was instrumental in helping BanditVR decipher early customer interactions, which enabled us to identify flaws in our original business plan.  We are now religiously using the Lean Canvas to rapidly prototype and test new applications of our virtual reality expertise.Kenneth Chau, Co-Founder, BanditVR

“The Lean LaunchPad Accelerator is an exceptional program...We learned a lot about our customers and ourselves and revamped our business model completely to foster greater value; all under the guidance of our Lean Launch Pad mentor. The program has really given us a clear direction and has truly provided us with immense value to take our dream forward." – Shiven Vinod Khera, Founder, Planet’s Meal

“The Lean LaunchPad Accelerator Program was great for critical thinking about how to implement a business idea. We also appreciated the format - it allows you to work/study the content in your own time in a nicely organized manner with activities that force you to think about the application on your own business.”  - Jonathan Itamah, Founder, Freebike Kelowna
